Shipping and Returns Policy -

Learn about our shipping and returns policies. Further information can be found in our Terms and Conditions Page. We ship throughout through DHL and Australia Post.

CONSUMER GUARANTEE’S protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods or services. We warrant that at the time of sale the goods supplied must be free of defects, and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. These rights that provides are called 'Consumer Guarantees'.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the goods provided or goods delivered not as described - excluding issues due to misuse or overuse. Consumer Guarantees are generally for 30 days from the date of supply or an amount of time that is reasonable, given factors including the cost and quality of the product, representations made. If you believe the product supplied by is/are faulty then please contact us immediately through the contact us page and indicate what the issue is and what the resolution is that your seek.

Items Are In Stock

Unless otherwise indicated generally all items displayed on our website are "In Stock" at time of ordering and in your confirmation email, we will aim to have it processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please then allow for our standard delivery times. We ship from both Ireland and Australia. Items shipped from Ireland should be received within 5 days of your shipping notification. If shipped from Australia you should receive your item between 5-15 working days of shipping notification for all customers within the European Union.

International Orders

We ship globally and for all those international orders outside of the European Union, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. International customers will be responsible for any import duties, taxes or any other import related costs and we will not be liable for seizures of hold ups with your local customs or authorities.


Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address when you place your order as once an order is dispatched delivery address details cannot be changed. Parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch/delivery fee if you have entered incorrect or insufficient delivery address details. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable.


Returns will only be accepted with prior notification and consent. Returns will only be accepted for faulty items or item/s not described correctly. The customer will be responsible for return costs until the item can be examined. If the item is faulty or not as described the item plus return costs will be given to the customer.
