3 Stage Cum Thru Urethral Pin

The urethral pin has a whopping 13.5cm in length which has an ascending three tiers at equal distance.  There is a removable cum stopper and the end but the shaft is hollow allowing for cum and pee thru experiences.  Looking at it you can almost feet the smooth and shiny steel inserting into the urethra whilst your pee hole is stretched and dilated by the final tier.
